A twenty-two year old from Buzzards Bay is pregnant and recently relocated to the area to get help from her family after her fiancé walked out on her. When she called WE CAN, she had lost her job, needed to find permanent housing, and was without any source of financial support. WE CAN connected her to Healthy Families, where she now has an advocate. Her advocate meets with her every month, helps her plan "best choices," and supports her with parenting.
