Programs and Workshops

WE CAN offers support for women going through difficult transitions such as divorce, career changes, and other transitions. WE CAN also provides career guidance, mentoring, information and referrals to Cape Cod services, workshops, and free legal assistance. We also offer classes for very basic computer skills.

Workshops
WE CAN sponsors workshops on topics of interest to women such as how to interview for a job, money matters, women's health, divorce, and more. Contact us if you wish to attend a specific workshop or if you wish to volunteer to facilitate one.

Career - Education - Assistance : "Options"
WE CAN's "Options" program offers assistance to women in difficult transitions such as divorce support or career coaching and mentoring to guide you as you choose a career that is in demand and will pay a self-sufficient wage. We help you find an educational or training program, and offer the support of a personal mentor in our Pathmakers program.

Mentoring : "Pathmakers"
WE CAN offers support groups and Pathmakers one-on-one mentorships. Both provide advice, friendship, information, and social support. Weekly groups are organized around topics such as divorce. With the help of WE CAN staff, a Pathmaker sets goals and then is paired with a mentor and takes part in monthly supportive meetings.

Divorce Support Group -WE CAN holds an ongoing support group for women undergoing divorce. Call us at 508.430.8111 if you wish to participate.
