Sarah H. Manning is a Probate and Family Court attorney practicing at Nutter McClennen & Fish, LLP for almost 30 years. Since 1991, Sarah’s primary focus has been on Massachusetts family law, divorce and post-divorce litigation, including issues related to spousal and child support, property division, custody, and abuse/harassment prevention orders. Sarah assesses each person’s individual needs and zealously advocates on their behalf to arrive at the best result for them. Sarah is also a certified mediator who can assist clients in navigating toward a successful agreement that’s fair and reasonable to both parties. Sarah has represented parties in both high asset divorce cases as well as those of more moderate means.
In addition to serving on the WE CAN board, Sarah provides legal consults to WE CAN participants, Sarah is also a current board member of Community Action Committee of Cape Cod and Islands (CACCI), and was the Past President of Barnstable County Bar Association, as well as a past board member of South Coastal Counties Legal Services.
