These are free, half-hour 1:1 consults, by phone or video conference, for low- to moderate-income women. These legal services are available through the generosity of Cape attorneys who donate their time. Attorneys have expertise in various law topics, such as: family law, DCF, custody, guardianship, elder law, real estate, bankruptcy, employment law, and more. These sessions are in high demand, so there may be a wait for an appointment.
