About Holly Harney

Attorney Harney was admitted to the Bar in 2002 and is locally recognized as one of the top litigators on Cape Cod. She is a 1994 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and graduated Cum Laude from New England Law in 2002.  She worked for the District Attorney’s office for the Cape and Islands and then began her private practice in 2010 at Carter and DeYoung in Hyannis, before opening her own practice in 2017. In addition, Attorney Harney is on the Board of South Coast Legal Services and is the current President of the Barnstable County Bar Association; she has served on the school council for the Mullen Hall School and Morse Pond schools in Falmouth and is member of the Falmouth Fund Advisory committee.
