This 6-week in person group is for women who want to discuss the challenges and joys of aging. Various topics will be discussed such as: building connections, having support, sharing life stories, transitions, loss, anticipation and new worries in addition to other issues suggested by group members. This group is facilitated by a trained mental health professional.
