The WE CAN volunteer I'm meeting today is providing this service at no cost to me.
The purpose of the appointment I have today is to support me in completing select legal forms.
The WE CAN volunteer I meet with today is not an attorney and is not meeting me today to provide legal advice.
The service I receive today is not a substitute for a Legal Consultation.
The WE CAN volunteer today has not investigated the facts of my case or done research to prepare for this meeting and is assisting me based on the information I provide.
I understand that if I want an attorney to review any legal forms I have completed during this meeting, it will require another appointment.
I understand that any information I share with a WECAN staff/volunteers is confidential and will not be revealed to anyone unless ordered to do so by a judge.
I understand and take full responsibility for the submission of the legal forms and what is detailed within them.
