This journal has 30 spaces to record 30 short gratitudes. Add a gratitude whenever one occurs to you, or try to add one a day for all 30 days. A gratitude can be anything that made you feel good! An interesting leaf or cloud formation, a chat with a good friend or a smile shared with a stranger, a delicious meal, the way the wind felt, wearing your favorite shirt, hearing good news, discovering a new scenic view, appreciating your family. Big or small, the goal is to notice something that pleased you - even if it was fleeting. Happy journaling!
