Introducing Our PathMakers Facilitators

Every journey of growth begins with connection, with someone who listens, encourages, and helps illuminate a path forward. At WE CAN, the PathMakers Program is built on that belief. It is a facilitator-led peer mentoring program that empowers women through self-reflection, community support, and meaningful goal-setting. Rooted in a strengths-based approach, PathMakers offers women a safe space to explore personal growth, build confidence, and take steps toward the lives they envision.

PathMakers participants meet in monthly group sessions hosted by WE CAN in Hyannis and also connect individually with their mentoring partners. Together, they explore topics like self-compassion, personal strengths, self-advocacy, and vision-setting, all while receiving encouragement, accountability, and the reminder that they are not alone.

At the heart of this experience are the PathMakers Facilitators, who guide, support, and foster community for each cohort. Their experience, compassion, and commitment help create a space where women feel seen, heard, and supported.
