Welcome to Kat Pannill!

Kat Pannill

We are pleased to welcome Kat Pannill, WE CAN's new Development Manager. Kat joined us in late April, which means she started just as we were gearing up for one of our largest events, A Day of Words, Wit, and Wisdom. Kat jumped in with both feet and showed us that she was a real pro - she managed all the details we could throw at her. She instantly made herself invaluable to the team, and did it all with a smile.

Kat spent the last ten years in Ithaca, NY where she graduated with a B.S. from Cornell University. She worked at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Tompkins County, as part of their fundraising team and volunteer manager. A true animal lover, Kat has raised puppies for Guiding Eyes for the Blind for many years. She now has two pets, Vin and Pemberly. When not at WE CAN, Kat can often be found hiking, reading, cross-stitching, or spending quality time with friends and family. Growing up, Kat and her family made annual camping trips to Nickerson State Park and she is very excited to make the Cape her home!

"The work that WE CAN does is vitally important, especially these days. I am excited to be able to support the programing and more importantly, women on Cape Cod." ~ Kat Pannill

"We are thrilled to have Kat join WE CAN. Her fundraising and volunteer management experience and positive attitude is a terrific addition to our stellar team. It is wonderful that Kat has chosen Cape Cod as her home and is supporting WE CAN's mission as a key member of our team," said Lisa Guyon, WE CAN's executive director.

Kat says she is passionate about supporting worthy causes and is excited to join WE CAN and connect with the women we serve. Kat says, "The work that WE CAN does is vitally important, especially these days. The staff and WE CAN community made me feel welcomed right away. I knew I was in the right place!"
