Welcome to We Can . . .
We Can is a non-profit organization that helps women on Cape Cod develop personally and professionally. We offer individual career assessment and guidance, mentoring programs, legal and financial workshops, and support groups.
Options Program: The "Options" program helps women find a fulfilling career. We assess skills, interests, and values, and provide information about potential jobs. We also provide information about salaries and required training, and assist with educational programs, resumes, job applications, and financial aid forms. We maintain a comprehensive referral network to help women identify crisis funding resources for housing, childcare, legal advice, and transportation.
Pathmakers Program: We Can's mentoring program offers support for women with similar concerns. Each person is assigned a mentor, and everyone gathers monthly for discussions and presentations.
Legal Clinics: We Can offers free legal clinics every month. You may call to sign up for a 30-minute session with an attorney. You can ask questions about divorce and child support, wills and estate planning, landlord-tenant problems, a consumer problem, mediating a domestic relations dispute, or any other legal concern.
Workshops: We Can sponsors workshops on careers, financial management, the divorce process, computers, and women's health.
