Power Within Her is an eight-week program of self-discovery. It is a structured, group-driven experience that offers guidance, support, encouragement, and accountability. Power Within Her is designed to create a safe, supportive and interactive platform where each participant feels a sense of belonging and can be heard and seen without judgement. In this workshop you will move from the question of, “Who am I” to the clear and powerful statement of, this is “Who I am”. It is a plan for discovery and growth and it is all about you.​
